Using CBT, we’ll identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns that may be limiting you, helping you develop healthier perspectives and coping strategies. Through the Gottman Method, we will work on strengthening communication, deepening emotional connection, and navigating conflict with greater understanding and resilience.
